Shopping through Hapitas: conditions and records

Read the shop-specific conditions

Check eligible categories, first-time status, minimum purchase, coupons, shop points, tax and shipping. Not every order at the same shop qualifies. Compare the necessary total expense, not just the percentage reward.

Follow the route before adding items

The official Rakuten advertisement excludes items added to the cart before entering through Hapitas. Enter first, then add and buy as instructed. Do not assume the same rule applies identically to every other shop.

Separate browser and app rules

Check the recommended environment and whether the advertiser’s app is eligible. Visiting another affiliate link can affect tracking. Check whether each payment requires a fresh entry. Entering after a purchase does not make it retroactively eligible.

Save evidence and check the ledger

Keep the dated conditions, order reference, item and amount, completion email and payment record. If the expected posting time has passed, use the missing-points guide. Returns, cancellation and order changes can affect eligibility; avoid a duplicate purchase simply to try again.

Nationality alone does not establish eligibility. Check each service’s current membership rules, age and residence requirements, accepted phone authentication and identity documents.
