Identify the missing reward

No ledger entry, a pending entry and a rejected entry have different checks. Use the referral guide for registration bonuses and the redemption guide for payments not received. Avoid treating every stage as the same tracking issue.

Two shopping-protection routes

A covered advertisement, completed payment and receipt of goods are prerequisites. The entry guarantee addresses no pending record after the expected posting time. The assessment-period guarantee addresses a pending record beyond its stated assessment period.

Exclusions and evidence

Untracked entry routes, unmet conditions, transactions more than a year old and missing completion emails can exclude protection. Advertiser-app transactions are generally excluded unless the offer explicitly covers them. Prepare the date, order reference, amount and purchase evidence.

Approval after an inquiry is not every bonus restored

Rejected transactions are not automatically guaranteed. Review the original conditions first. Approval through protection or inquiry may be excluded from separate registration campaigns or Gold extras. A restored base reward does not necessarily restore every add-on.
