Hapitas membership rank: Gold benefits and eligibility

Use the current membership system

Official pages currently distinguish general and Gold membership and describe benefits on eligible advertisements. Do not apply an older redemption-bonus table as the current system. Check your own rank in My Page.

Check eligible earnings and the assessment window

Use the current official rank screen for the required period and points. Approved normal advertising points differ from campaign and Gold extras. Consider whether planned activity meets the conditions instead of signing up for something unnecessary.

Gold extras are posted separately

Gold extras are not included in the normal pending amount. The official guidance schedules them around the third day of the month after the eligible advertisement is approved. Check exclusions, including approval following an inquiry. Not all advertisements receive an extra.

The rank when using an advertisement matters

Becoming Gold later does not retroactively cover an earlier general-member action. Official guidance states that redeeming points does not itself reduce rank eligibility or the Gold benefit. Approval timing and the rank at use must be distinguished.

Protection and redemption have their own rules

Priority guarantee handling depends on conditions such as the rank when applying. Compare destination minimums and fees separately. A referrer’s status and a new member’s registration reward are not the same as membership rank.

For residents from abroad

Nationality alone does not establish eligibility. Check each service’s current membership rules, age and residence requirements, accepted phone authentication and identity documents. An advertiser or redemption provider may apply different conditions from the points website. Pivox does not confirm individual eligibility or promise approval. Official registration and support screens may be in Japanese; this is an independent guide, not an official English service. Before registering, check the spelling of your name, Japanese address and phone authentication on the official form. Where a bank account is required, confirm the account-holder name and supported account type with the redemption provider. Do not invent a kana spelling or abbreviate a name just to pass a form. Ask official support if your name cannot be entered correctly.
